Feature: Ability to configure OIDC communication options in SSO Self-service flow

Description:
We want the ability to control what communication channel users select for OIDC during the self-service flow.

Use-case:
We want to include OIDC in the list of our supported enterprise connections, but our application doesn’t support front channel communication. It does work with back channel but users that go through this flow and select the front channel option, end up with a connection that doesn’t work. To try and help mitigate this, we have added a note in the introduction saying that this isn’t supported, but we’d like a way to make sure users can’t select this option during the flow.
