Hey guys,

I’m facing a 406 Not Acceptable error when submitting forms on my website. It happens inconsistently—sometimes the form works, but other times it throws this error. I’ve checked the headers and content type, but I’m still unsure what’s triggering it.

While researching, I read some blogs explaining the 406 status code. They provide some insights, but I’d love to hear from those who have faced this issue before. Could this be due to mod_security rules, content negotiation, or something else?

Any guidance on how to debug and fix this would be really helpful. Thanks!

Do you mean that while logging in, inputing information in a custom form made by you results in the 406 error? If so, could you provide the content of the form and the error screen?
