Hey @davidh , this is something that’s not supported - all database users will have the auth0| prefix and you cannot change that. If it’s a custom DB, you can change the custom DB scripts to send a mycompany| prefix with the IDs, but afterwards Auth0 will add the auth0| prefix too (eg: auth0|mycompa…
