Problem statement
The following error occurs with phone numbers from one or more particular regions:
"Permission to send an SMS has not been enabled for the region indicated by the 'To' number"
Solution
This is an error from Twilio. You need to enable the region in your Twilio account’s Geo-Permission settings. Please see the Twilio documentation for further details:
