We are currently using Free plan and developing a native app with React Native SDK. We would like to enable native passkey to make it easy to sign up/sign in, but on our dashboard page there is no Grant Types webauthn. Can we enable native passkey grant (urn:okta:params:oauth:grant-type:webauthn) for mobile app integration?

You can absolutely enable the passkey feature on the free plan by going into Authentication - Database, selecting your Database, and then going into the Authentication Methods tab. Here you will find a toggle to enable the Passkey feature.
