WORKAROUND: Saving Email Template currently unavailable in Dashboard


Problem: Currently saving email templates in the Dashboard (Manage) is not working.


A fix is being worked on and deployed but will not be available for a few days. In the meantime, the following workaround using the Management APIv2 is available.

Note: Even if the dashboard shows that the template is disabled, it will actually be enabled if the API is used and identifies it as enabled.

Each of these have specific API parameters associated for interacting with the email template functionality. For instance, if you want to update the subject of the verify_email template, for example, you can use a request like this:
