VSTS Failed - Task

We followed the documentation and the sample repository on how to deploy to Auth0 via VSTS. All seems fine until we do a push and got the following in VSTS…

Error Message
A task was canceled.
Error Details
System.Threading.Tasks.TaskCanceledException: A task was canceled.
 at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.ThrowForNonSuccess(Task task)
 at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task)
 at Microsoft.VisualStudio.Services.ServiceHooks.Common.HttpActionTask.<RunAsync>d__8.MoveNext() in d:\v2.0\P1\_work\2\s\ServiceHooks\Sdk\Common\ActionTasks\HttpActionTask.cs:line 108

The VSTS error message is quite unhelpful… wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar or perhaps point us to what we could have done wrong during configuration.

Do we need to have all the folders just as the sample repository? We only interested in deploying our hosted pages, so we don’t have all of the other folders. We also have an extra folder for css/js that we use to push to Azure Storage.

Thanks in advanced for anyone who can help!

Found my bonehead mistake.

Here is the solution for anyone as careless as me.

I forgot to remove the “” under TFS_INSTANCE during configuration.
