Hello my users are sending me reports of not getting heir change password email and when I tested this myself I’m not getting this either. Can someone help me debug why they are not receiving an email? For signup, the emails are sent just fine, it just seems that change password emails are broken.

I would love to help with this. When you get a chance can you install the Real-time Webtask Logs extension. After which can you test fire the email flow that isn’t working for the change password emails and see if you see any errors come across? If you see nothing, the next step would be to capture a HAR file of the test and then direct message it over to me paired with your tenant name. Please be sure to select “Preserve log” to catch redirects and scrub the file of user passwords before passing. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thanks!
