Hey there!
We have a commonly reported problem in our app where users get logged out and asked to sign in again. This regularly happens after closing all browser windows or after turning on their computers.
In general, I deduce this is related to auth0 session limits of 3 day inactivity limits & require login after 30 days for non-enterprise plans.
On paper, this seems to be an easy fix since all we have to do is update our account.
However, our users were not inactive for > 3 days. And many that report this problem are daily users.
Any thought on what could be causing this problem?
