<user not found> appears often in Authorization Extension

Hello,

I am noticing an issue under Auth0 Authorization Extension where a user that was successfully added to a group (eg. app:demolite) previously is now switched to for no apparent reason. Furthermore, when I try to click on the user it says “user 0” is not found.

Has anyone seen this before?

I haven’t seen this error personally. Could you provide your steps for reproduction? My understanding is this is happening inconsistently which sometimes makes the hardest issues to pinpoint. However, if you could also provide a screenshot, I can look into this further.

I am still setting this issue. We are using Authorization Extension v2.11. I have included a screenshot.

This is clearly a bug. Why is no one looking at this?

Can we please get a status update on this bug?

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to Auth0
  2. Proceed to User Management → Users
  3. On the Users screen, select a user.
  4. On the Right hand side of the row, click the ellipsis (three horizontal dots), and select “Delete”
  5. Confirm that the user has been deleted from there “Users” screen.
  6. Now from the main page, go to the “Authorization Extension” page (click the “Authorization Extension” link)
  7. IMPORTANT STEP: Proceed to a group that PREVIOUSLY HAS THE DELETED USER AS A MEMBER.
  8. Notice how a NEW ENTRY appears: <Error: Not Found>
