Hello, I was testing the account blocking feature. however, after triggering the account blocking due to multiple logon failure attempts, I was unable to unblock the blocked account. Moreover, from the management page, the status of that account was marked “Unblock”. Neither reset password nor unblock works. May I know what should I do to unblock it? Thanks.
