Unable to Login MFA

Hi,

I’m unable to login to the account I just created a couple of hours ago, so I need my MFA to be removed. It shows as pending on admin panel says the owner of the tenant (Ocean Service Center), and he is unable to reset/remove the MFA. Also, removing my account from the tenant doesn’t work.

I believe you need to verify your email first.

My email is already confirmed, I had access for some minutes but then lost it after activating MFA.
