Unable to configure SMTP email provider

If I click on ‘SMTP’ in the Emails … Provider … Use my own email provider screen, then I receive this message:

Something went wrong. We track these errors automatically, but if the problem persists feel free to contact support.

Is there any way to reach this functionality?
