Second tenant no longer accessible

Hi there,

I created a second tenant a few weeks ago, but it no longer shows as being available (switch tenant is greyed out), however, if I try to create a new tenant with the same name, it says that tenant is already being used. Not sure how I get access to this tenant again. Any help welcome!

Can you send me via private message your initial tenant name and the screenshot of how the UI looks for you when you want to switch to another tenant? Thank you!
