Not able to create account

I am not able to create my account successfully.
After entering the domain and going to the next page, it asks “Are you creating this account for yourself or on behalf of a company?”
I select Personal and then click on create but it does not work.
It keeps giving me below error all the time:
“The request to create your account has failed. Please try again or contact us

I am stuck with my work and need urgent support here.

Can I ask you to go through the flow again and record a HAR file of that flow for me so we can see what is happening behind the scenes of your browser? Thank you!
