New Adaptive MFA with email challenge

Hi everyone!

I’ve been trying out the new Adaptive MFA feature and have been reading through all documentation that’s available.
In both the Blog and the Auth0 Docs there’s a ‘flow’ image containing the step ‘Email Challenge’.

I’ve tried everything I know to try and trigger this step but am still unsuccessful. Is there any more detailed information about the email challenge part?

(For example, even with email_verified flag on ‘pending’, upon logging in the enrollment screen is directly shown, skipping the challenge step as shown in the images.)
