Missing receipts/invoices

Hi. The ticket option doesn’t work. Getting an error message. I called Sales and they refuse to give me an email to the support team. I keep getting redirected back to the website which doesn’t work.

I am missing receipts for our company. When I log in, last receipts are for last year, yet we get billed each month. How do I speak to a live human being about this? Or, how do I contact an actual human via email? It’s now going on 45 minutes trying the ticket option and calling the toll free number with no success. Thanks.
