.mac email address

Hello,

Are .mac email addresses supported? We have one user trying to login using .mac, but they are not getting the verification email/code.

Hey there!

It depends if you blacklisted such domains using Rules for example. If not I will start with checking SPAM / Junk folder.

I’ll double check if the user have checked their SPAM/junk folder.

We have not rules setup. Just to confirm, from a auth0 side there is no reason why that domain shouldn’t receive emails from auth0?
