We are regularly facing issues with some of our customers receiving this error:

From what I could see on this forum and what we could determine from our tests, the problem occurs when our clients uses a VPN or a network that route them through a timezone that is different than the timezone set on their computer.
This is really troublesome for us. Indeed, most of our customers are CISO of big companies. As such, they often use VPNs and often don’t have access to their computer settings.
When this problem occurs, we are rather defenseless and have to rely on asking them not to use their VPN (which is definitely not a good practise), connect through another network (not always possible), or change their computer’s timezone (not always possible, not user friendly).

Can Auth0 team actually provide another workaround or fix this issue?
