Log's IP is not correct


Our auth0’s log sometimes show incorrect IP from logged in users (it show IP of our server instead of user’s IP).

User doesn’t use VPN, just normal login via desktop or mobile, any one experience this issue before?

Which log event type you’re referring to? In addition, there’s multiple approaches to integrate an application with the service for login so if you can clarify the flow your applications use that would be relevant.

Also, have in mind that there are certain login flows that imply at least one of the steps to be performed from the backend system and for those ones it would be expected for the IP in the log to reflect the source from which this particular step was taken.
