We would like to login on behalf of a user on a NATIVE mobile app (iOS and Android) we have implemented this for our website. How can we allow our support teams to login on behalf of a user on a native app?

Thanks for reaching out about this. Unfortunately, the user impersonation feature we offered in the past has been deprecated after concerns from our Security and Engineering teams. It introduced fundamental security concerns, and does not align with our high standards in that regard. These concerns stemmed from events effecting other companies in the industry.
We are researching features and products to provide a solution, and have no current timeline. I apologize for any inconvenience and would be happy to help you with strategies to work around this issue.
