We are seeing “we’re sorry, something went wrong when attempting to sign up” for certain users - these were for a particular domain. We suggested to one particular user that they should log in with a different email address (a dummy gmail) which they did once, but then subsequently went back to the same error:
Is it possible that the domain is causing an issue or possibly the network from where they are connecting is causing an issue?
Anything more we could be doing to troubleshoot?
We are not in direct contact with the affected user and we are unable to replicate so options are limited.
