Legitimate domain is blacklisted

domain user.com is blacklisted. I do have legitimate client using that domain, how can I allow them to login to our system?

I am looking into this. Can you confirm you have set up your own email provider?

Hello,

I have set up my own email provider (sendgrid), but issue is not on side of our email provider, because other emails from our system are reaching users at that domain.

Thanks for providing that info. Can you please DM me the email of the user so I can track it down?
