Leading zero in SMS MFA

Hello team,

We have enabled SMS MFA for our customers. But some of our customers tend to input a zero at the beginning of their mobile number. This is causing issues in sending message to the user. I can give a work around by removing the leading zero from the hook. But it will store wrong phone number in the user context.

Is there any way we can avoid such situation.
