We have some client software that utilizes the delegation endpoint. According to our internal data, the number of users utilizing this endpoint is much higher than the number of users reported via the Regular Active Users Quota.
That quota page mention it tracks “Users that have authenticated with username/password, passwordless connections or any social provider per calendar month, per tenant.”
Strictly from that description, it seems delegation may not be included in that quota. Can anyone confirm whether or not users utilizing the delegation endpoint to retrieve a token would be included in the Regular Active Users Quota?
