we have updated insert-user rule for our app and it’s not working right now
Even when we try to reverse back to The previous version of the rule
I added a log at the start of the rule and it isn’t even called .

Are you using the Real-time Webtask Logs Extension extension to view the log in the insert-rule rule after a successful login?
Yes , I used Real-time Webtask Logs extension
I added a log at the start of the rule and the log didn’t appear so that means that the rule isn’t implemented
Every time I try to login I get an error
“WE’RE SORRY, SOMETHING WENT WRONG WHEN ATTEMPTING TO LOG IN.”
and the rule isn’t implemented .
When you attempt to log in, are you seeing any logs for the failed log in (Auth0 Dashboard > Monitoring > Logs)?
Also, would you mind private messaging me the tenant name so that I can take a look at your settings using our internal tools? Thank you!
