I have lost access to the account I set up

I set up the Auth0 account for my company, my developers have done a lot of the set up.

I tried to log in to Auth0 today and I was getting an incorrect password error.

I tried resetting my password (which shouldn’t have been the issue as it was saved via chrome), and when I entered my new password, it tried to get me to create a new tenant.

I am the owner of the account, I don’t know why my account has been deleted, is anyone able to help me get this resolved?
