How to setup Aws SNS topic arn in MFA token custom send message workflow

I could connect to AWS SNS in Auth0 marketplace with region, access key and secret key. Also I added AWS SNS in send phone message flow and activated custom MFA authentication. But I don’t get any message in SNS.

I have many topics in my IAM user. How does Auth0 determines which SNS to be picked? Where do I have to specify SNS arn ID in Auth0 for send message?
