How to remove the text "All Applications" in login page

Hi - I am a newbie here, and trying out our first integration. We were able to do the basic integration - but have the text “All Applications” coming just below the logo. How do we get rid of it?

Also - the logo is blurred. What is the recommended size of the logo image file?

A screenshot would probably help to see which text you’re referring to and which version of the login page you’re using.
