How do I request for a refund?

Problem statement

I see that we have an annual subscription for a tenant that we are not using anymore. I want to ask for a refund for the remaining time. Would that be possible?


Yes, we can give you a refund for the unused time of the subscription. First, you will need to downgrade/cancel your subscription.

To cancel the subscription you should go to Auth0 Dashboard > Settings > Subscription tab and then scroll down to the box with the Starter plan and click Downgrade.

Once the downgrade is completed, please reach out to Auth0 Support and we can proceed with the refund.
