I’m experiencing always with all users a Global Rate Limit on the hosted UI. I am sure that is no the case because we are only 5 users right now and is not open to the public. What can I do?

Occur whenever I try to log in, no matter if I wait, I see a page as follows:
I’m using the official Auth0 SDK on Vue and the login gets called as: this.$auth.loginWithRedirect()
That’s weird. Can I ask you to send me a private message with your tenant name here in the forum so I can investigate that?
