Failing to log in to our image API?

Hello Auth0 World

We are having problems logging into the image Auth0 api.

From previous experience with Auth0 we have done the following steps :

  1. Created a user and verified the user

  2. Assigned a role to the user

  3. Assigned a Group

  4. Assigned Permissions

But when we try login we all get the same message error message :

WE’RE SORRY, SOMETHING WENT WRONG WHEN ATTEMPTING TO LOG IN.

Could anyone give us some advise to why this is happening ?

I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble. The error you refer to is intended for end users, and there is likely an additional error in the console or url that we can user to narrow down the issue. Can you look there and let me know if you see anything? In addition, can you please DM me your tenant name so I can take a look.
