When someone that is not yet signed up (but believes they are) tries to reset their password, they are told to wait for an email, but none arrives. It would be nice if they god an email telling them to sign up.
Is this supported?
Reset password for existing users works as expected.
It’s not supported yet which is strange as it seems obvious. I was asked by one of our product managers if you can submit it as a feature request here:
