Denied access to dashboard using company SSO

Hello everyone!
I’m writing to you from my personal account while having trouble to login to dashboard using my company account. I was testing Auth0 for apps developed by my team. After longer vacation I tried to log in using Microsoft Enterprise Id but I was refused. Of course I contact my company because I thought it was issue of company permission configuration but after research from their side they respond that I should ask “Auth0 to update company SAML certificate which was changed in April”.
Is this possible from your side or just IT team is blaming you due to their incompetence?
I would rather do not share company name in public message :slight_smile:
