Delete email MFA enrollment

Hi,

I am trying to delete the user MFA enrollment from my application, it works for all enrollment types except for email. It returns a success code but it is not deleted. Also, I was not able to do the same thing with Auth0 Dashboard. Is there a way to do it?

It looks like this has been an issue since at least May 2020, and there still hasn’t been any response from Auth0: How to remove an Email Authenticator?
