Custom domain for SSO users

recently we try to enable custom domain for solving the third-party cookie disabled issue.

it works great until some users report they can not log in anymore.

it turns out they are using SSO providers like okta and in their configuration, it is still auth0 based domain.

it is hard for our users to update this setting at the same time(different companies with different policies).

is there any suggestion for this problem?
