Content of template variables not rendered during Universal Login customization.

Hey,
I was implementing template variables for custom login page as mentioned
https://auth0.com/docs/brand-and-customize/universal-login-page-templates#css-customization
But, When I checked the preview or login page in browser I don’t see the template variables content getting rendered.
I’ve attached the file which shows how it looks. How can we fix this?
