Connections Limit Per Tenant or Per Auth0 Account

Hi,

Need some help with understanding pricing and connections limit.
As I understand, developer-pro plan can create 3 enterprise connections. Is this limit applied per tenant or per auth0 account?

for example:
for example, can I have multiple tenants in one auth0 account,
and every tenant then can have 3 enterprise connections?
And every tenant will purchase developer-pro plan and will be billed separately?

I only handle Enterprise plans (so I’m not too familiar with DevPlan terms & conditions myself), but iirc correctly, you can only have 1 production tenant per DevPro plan anyway (and 1 dev tenant), so there shouldn’t even be an option to create multiple production tenants under one plan.
