I want to change a users password but it shows me this message:

This operation is only allowed when the user belongs to a Database connection.

I am assuming that you’re trying to change the password for a user that logged in via a Social or Enterprise connection. These users do not have passwords in Auth0 - only users in a Database connection would have passwords in Auth0. This means that, if they need to change their password, they need to do it within the Identity Provider that they used to log in. For example, if they logged in with Google, they would have to change their password in Google, rather than in Auth0.
