Can't login to manage.auth0.com with Microsoft work account

Hi,

I used to login to Auth0 admin using my Azure AD account, but recently found out that this is no longer possible (manage.auth0.com only accepts personal Microsoft account), so I lost access to my Auth0 tenant.
How can I regain access to my tenant for administration tasks?
