One of our dashboard admins cannot login into Auth0 to access our tenant in manage.auth0.com. He’s getting an error about “blocked for too many attempts”. He tried the option to reset password but he never receives an e-mail.
His problem is the same as described in this other topic: User cannot access admin dashboard - blocked too many attempts
But in that topic there isn’t a solution.
So, can one of the Auth0 admins contact me, so I can give you his Auth0 account email, to unblock this situation?
