Cannot activate my Auth0 account

I created an account with an email address that didn’t exist at the time. 1 week later, I created the email address and try to send activation mail to that address but I cannot get activation mail. I tried multiple times. I think my email address is put into a blacklist by your system because it didn’t exist then. I created the community account with that mail address and got the activation mail in a few seconds.

How can I activate my account and start getting mails from auth0? I can provide you with the email address.
