Could you help me understand whether we could switch to the cheaper Essentials plan without any reduction in service level?
It looks to me like it gives the same functionality as our current plan but for a reduced fee, but I suspect I’m missing something.
Solution
Unfortunately, this is not advised since each subscription plan consists of its own set of features and pricing.
So, for example, if you are using the B2B Essentials plan for $130/month, it is not advised to switch to the cheaper B2C Essentials plan for $23/month since you will have a reduction in service, particularly with specific features like Enterprise Connections and Organizations.
