Broken auth0.com Sign-up Flow

Hi there,

After registering at auth0.com with my e-mail address and receiving and verifying my e-mail address, I’m not able to get beyond the “Let’s set you up for success” dialog. No matter which options I select and which browser/device I use, hitting the “NEXT” button is just doing nothing at all for me. Is someone else phasing the same issues? Is there another way to finish the sign-up process to be able to leverage Auth0?
