Auth0-Managed SSL Cert not renewed

Hi -

Our Auth0 custom domain’s SSL certificate was not automatically renewed by Auth0. No users are able to use our service as a result. Is this a known issue? I’ve submitted high priority tickets and am still awaiting a response.

Hey @adamup, I’m looking into this. This is not something we see often, and I’m trying to figure out what might have caused it. In the meantime, as suggested in the support ticket, please try removing and adding your custom domain back. Putting it here for visibility in case somebody finds this thread and has the same issue.
