Currently when I go to reset the password Auth0 allows me to use my previous password example: OldPass: 123456 and if I’m going to reset could put newPass: 123456 something that is not normally allowed, is there a way to change this behavior through the Auth0 interface?

You should check the password history option ( Password Options in Auth0 Database Connections ) available in the database connection settings as that seems to allow you to address your end goal.
