Account blocked after password reset

Came into an unusual issue. I’ve been searching for a solution, but with no success. It seems that some of our users have been getting blocked after a successful password reset. I don’t see any history of multiple login attempts.

Could you please check that the impacted user has not been blocked in the Tenant Dashboard? Blocks made by tenant admins (as opposed to suspicious logins triggering a block) are not cleared by a password reset.

Sorry for the delay in response, and thank you for your reply. Not any of our admins have blocked any users from within the dashboard.
