409 after trying to recreate a deleted user

Hi there!

We’re experiencing a HTTP 409 response after attempting to recreate a deleted user through the Management API. We’re not using a Custom Database.

Is something wrong with the auth0 indexing?
Am I able to resolve this issue myself? In that case, how do I move forward?
