BUG: Username minimum length cannot equal maximum length

It appears the Web UI doesn’t allow setting the minimum username length to be equal to the maximum user length, despite the validation message indicating that it should be possible.

I have tried the following:

  • Change both values and click Save.
  • Change only the maximum value, click Save, and then try to change only the minimum value and then Save.
  • Refresh the page and attempt either of the above two methods.
