How to add confirm email id field in auth0 login form wordpress plugin?

To my knowledge Lock does not provide any support for the possibility to have an additional email confirmation field that would be automatically validated in order to guarantee a match. Given the Wordpress plugin relies on Lock then as a consequence this is not available.
